Exchange or Return of Goods
At BD Hatbela, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide an exchange option for eligible products. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or tags. You can choose another product of equal or higher value during the exchange. Products of lower value are not eligible as replacements.
Exchange will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Any original parts, packaging, or accessories are missing.
- The exchange request is made after the allowed period.
